One big problem that will effect a business is if the communication system crashes then no one in the business can complete the task or tasks they need to complete If the systems crashes you may not be able to sort other ways of completing tasks or technicians may not be able to fix the problem that caused the system to crash in the first place. People may forget to save there work so they are required to do it again if problems occurred. Another issue is if someone attempts to hack into the system and succeeded all the important documents would all be on one systems so this makes it easier for the hacker to find and delete documents they are looking for. When using computers it is always tempting to do things you should not be doing on them e.g. go on facebook , play games , online shopping ect. when om a big company because you are not watched all the time while you are working people can get distracted instead of doing what they should and when one person starts doing this it starts a trend so others start doing the same sort of thing.

Advantages

• Working on an IT based communication system helps larger companies keep track of all the information that they require to keep there business functioning probably.
•   When you are working on an IT system it speeds the process of work up because you d not have to hand write everything out.
• There is less chance of important information getting lost or miss placed because it wil always be on the computer hard drive.
• An eco factor is that you are not wasting paper this saves trees.
• Using IT basses communication system able's you to communicate with various people you may not see all the time.

Disadvantages

• Using IT communication systems help cyber bulling because many people use communication devices.
• People may attempt to hack your account in order to access you personal information.
• You may be at risk of revealing to much personal information tat may harm you or others.
• The device that you are working on may crash so you have got to start all your work again.
• Using an IT based communication system allows people to say things about other people to a wide audience. This will effect many people just by posting something on any IT based communication system.
• People can send you viruses via email this is a type of communication system. When you get a computer virus it will lock down your computer.
• People are putting themselves in danger by using communication systems, they are giving people information about themselves because they think they can trust them.
• People are getting addicted to things like mobile phones so they dont talk to people face to face like people use to.
• Also people are spending to much time talking to people over a communication device that they dont get enough fresh air.

In blog site's you may be at risk of reveaing to much personal infomation while witing in the blogger  With a majrity of blog site's anyone can comment on your posts but with blogger you have to give them permision for them to post coments. With blogger you can reove commets that are on your post. With blog sites your post's are autatically made public but with blogger  you have a choice wather you want to make the post public. Blogspot is part of a well known copany (Google) There are many Google proucts peronally i have not had any security problems with Google such as my email being given out , or people hacking into my account. In blogger you dont have as much of a chance of Cyer Bulying because of the fact that blogger is normally used for school use and your teacher can always view people's blogsite. You also have your own passwrd so only you can get on your acount , this makes sure all your informtion is seure.

                                                                               M1 – my opinion of blogger

I think the blogger is helpful because you can upload different documents to share with teachers, friends and family. BlogSpot is useful for school work, communication and for business use. You can create many different BlogSpot accounts for your different uses. One bad thing about BlogSpot is you need to have an account but many people have emails anyway. Blogspot has many new features including: customizing your design. Publishing your voice, simple to use interface.

When you click publish my voice you can create a video that you can then publish onto your blogger site.

This shows different templates and gives you a step by step guide on how to do it   

Other reasons that it is good is because it is a very fast working program and also it is eco-friendly because instead of printing your work out to give to teachers you can upload it for teachers to see

I like the site because it is easy to use and you can share work with anyone you want to. I would recommend this because of them reasons.
